Essential Apps?

I've deleted all of my iTunes data. Apps, music, videos and all that. Going to start new with the iPhone 5. What are some apps everyone absolutely needs?

Why ?
Do you plan to get a new Apple ID ? You could just hide apps you don't want to see anymore. But keep those you like.
