Essential apps

Hi All,

I've started playing around with my new SR MBP but have been trying to find a list of apps that power users find essential. I've started off with installing onyX and flip4mac as well as supercal. Can anyone give any suggestions on what they use or point me to a link. I've tried searching the forums but guess can't quite find the right search string to use
