Looking for any iPhone 4 users in northern/central NJ...primarly Essex or Morris Counties...
I'm getting a bit frustrated. We upgraded my wife to iPhone 4 from her 3G. I explained the potential for signal issues/dropped calls due to the antenna and told her to paitently wait for her free case.
She's had the case for a few days now and her problems have continued. I think every call she's made to me has dropped. Also, most of the calls have very poor sound quality.
Both of these issues are new to the iPhone 4. We had an occaisional drop with the 3g but nothing like this.
So, is there any chance this is due to her phone? Should I take it to Apple store and see if they can swap the phone?
She selected a clear hard plastic case for the free case. My understanding was any case would help with the attena issue. Maybe that's not correct and I should spend $30 on a bumper?
