Ethernet cable problems

Hi,

So I'm getting this weird problem. When i plug the ethernet cable in my mac, is says its connected, but it cant find the "router, dns or search domain". I'm norwegian, so i don't know what it says in english. But the bottom 3 ones.

I've tried the cable on my other macs, and no problems. But when i connect it to my mac mini, this happens.

Any knowledge?

See if Reseting Your PRAM helps the problem.

Make sure configure ipv4 is set to "Using DHCP". You can also manually add DNS servers by clicking on advanced and going to the DNS tab. Hit the plus button and add 208.67.222.222 (an opendns server) or whatever other DNS server you'd like to use. If all else fails, enter your IP, Subnet, Router, and DNS info manually.
