I noticed this when I started sleeping my 2018 MM. Normally I turn it off, on the odd occasion I let it sleep. When I do it NEVER has internet when I come back from sleep. I always unplug and replug my ethernet cable in. When I first bought this new MM in June, It had the issue of waking from sleep with the monitor, and I always thought this was part of it. Now with the new update fixing the monitor I am now letting the MM go into sleep more and have thus realized this issue.

I don't see too many others with this issue, if any. So any help here would be great!

Thanks!

"So any help here would be great!"

DON'T "put the Mini to sleep".
The difference in power it uses between "asleep" and "awake, but idling" is all-but unmeasurable.

DO put the display to sleep.
Or better yet, just reach forward and turn it off.

Then turn it back on when it's time to use the Mini again.

That is an interim solution. However, that doesn't solve the root issue. Sleep is more efficient than keeping it on all the time, it is better for the PCBA to run sleep mode than have the mini on all the time. Cant seem to figure out way the internet connection drops every time it goes to sleep...
