Ethernet Not Working In Bootcamp for MBA

I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my 2012 MBA but it is not recognizing my USB Ethernet adapter. Everything else works fine. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? :confused:
 
One hopes the adapter has a Windows driver on the vendor's website, use it.
