Ethernet on my windows partition not working.. =(

Ok, I've had boot camp installed since Jan, and installed all of the drivers. However, the ethernet hasn't ever worked. I got by on wireless until recently until it stopped working. Now, my ethernet works 100% fine on my mac partition. I just plug it in and it runs. However, on my Windows Vista partition it doesn't work.

I'm dual booting Windows Vista Home Premium x32 on an intel iMac 5. Should it work upon plugging it in, or are there steps I need to take? Thanks.
