Either the cable for Ethernet is not plugged in or the device at the other end is not responding, I have tried all the other ports and no joy. It is plugged in but the green light is not on and I keep getting the above message. When the guy first set up my modem/router he set it up with my windows laptop could that be a problem? is that why I can't use my ethernet? Any help would be appreciated it's driving me nuts as my wifi keeps dropping.
