EtreCheck Found Unusual Config File Change

I recently had problems with a hacker and had to erase iMac hard drive and reinstall El Capitan. During my recovery and 'housekeeping" procedures EtreCheck noted in red about Configuration Files "/etc/sudoers. File size 2411 but expected 2299". What does this mean?
