Hello everybody...

Just got my new mbpr 13 (late 2013) from NY apple store.

The charger (magsafe2) i received with it , is for US sockets.

I would like to purchase European Cord & Adapter.
At my local apple-resellers i was told i can only purchase the whole package (charger+adapters) which is a waste of money.

What adapter/cord would you suggest me to purchase and from where?
I want to save money, but on the other hand i dont want to burn my new-mbpr...

Any recommended links would be awesome...
Thank you!

Try amazon or eBay for the European power cord that you can just switch out for the US one.

i thought about it, but the variety is huge and some of them look a bit fishy...

any specific ones that you can recommend ?

it doesnt say if its compatible to 60w (mbpr 13), does it even matter with this 2 items?

Unless the design has changed in recent years the plug is removable leaving a standard figure-8 socket. Just plug a local figure-8 cable in.

thanks for the replies... but those links (some of them) cant ship to my location...

maybe other ideas? thank you!

Oops :)
you are right
i am from Israel,
our power sockets are similar to those in Europe (2-pin).
