Even after preordering from AT&T, I can preorder another from Apple for $199?

This just doesn't seem right, I mean I know the phones aren't activated hence why I am still eligible, but doesn't this mean I could order from both websites and then sell the one from Apple that comes in July on Ebay for a significant profit??

The phones will be coming sealed if I am not mistaken right?

I think when one of the phones gets shipped your eligibility will be moved back, making the second one not eligible.

You would think so, but if you have a confirmation stating $199 for both orders can they really just change the price on you up to $599 without notifying?
