I've been looking around for memory and it looks like Crucial is a good one to go for. However I've noticed that the 1gb memory for the ibook is £35 less than the identical one for the powerbook. The only difference I can see is the price and the product code. The specs of them both are otherwise identical. I've contacted crucial and they advised that the one for the powerbook has been through more testing to ensure it is compatable hence the higher price. Has anyone tried the 1gb ibook memory in a powerbook and did it work?
