Two years ago I worked at a place where they used Exchange servers. When I left that job I deleted all accounts related to it, but Calendar events from that time still shows up in my Spotlight searches. This is getting really, really tedious now!

I have searched for everything related to my old account and deleted it, to no avail.
I have rebuilt the Spotlight index several times since that period.
I have installed at least two macOS updates since then.

Unfortunately Spotlight doesn't allow you to show the location of files, and clicking on it opens Calendar, but doesn't show anything of course.

Please help...!
[doublepost=1506588875][/doublepost]I finally solved this!

When doing a spotlight search, you are able to do a "Show all in Finder..." at the bottom of Spotlight window.
From the list that is presented there, you are able to do a COM+R to find the actual files.

Thank God, I was going crazy about this! Just deleted 25.000 files that was worth nothing to me...! :D
