Events in iPhoto

I am organizing my iPhoto collection and notice it groups events based on dates but there are 3 pictures I want to remove from a particular event because they don't belong with the rest of the images. So far the only solution I have found is to delete the images all together but that's not a good solution as I still want those 3 pictures it's just they don't belong in that event. How could i do it?

Just drag the three images into the event you want them in.
