macOS !!! Events in Mac OS X !!!

Hello!!
I need help! I want to do a joke I want to develop an application which will be watch for all events in Mac OS. For example if user run my application and after that run QuickTime player, my application will know about this. If user will want to resize QuickTime player or seek when he watch movie using QT, an application must to catch this event and kill it.
Is it possible to do? How? Please give me src code or some link to it.

Didn't you post this same thing over in this thread? And essentially the answer is you can't do it.
