Ever get a valid (but expired) promo code from Apple?

Hello,

I had an error with an order and to help soften the blow, I got a $15 off $100 coupon from Apple. It was emailed to me and when I tried to use it, it said it was expired. I called back and they sent me another one. Same thing. I can call them again, but I expect the same problem.

Has anyone seen this before? Does it take a while for their systems to activate a coupon?
