Ever notice pictures taken and viewed in camera app are blurry

Then when you view them in the photo app they are sharper? It's very strange but when I take a picture and swipe to the right in the camera app to get to my recent photos they appear blurry.

This is on an iPhone 5 anyone have a similar experience?
