When I plug my iPhone in, iTunes opens. I disabled this a while ago and it has never done it before, but since I updated to 2.2 it always pops open. I checked my settings and they are how they always where when it didn't open. What can I do?

^ At least your iTunes worked. Last night my iTunes decided to detonate my entire library. I opened it, it popped up with some error messages, and now everything - playlists, play counts, songs, are all gone. I guess I know what I'll be doing on my break (fixing iTunes).
