Every time I plug the external HDD (2TB- ExFat), spotlight indexing it again and I can't search files inside it.
I added the HDD to the spotlight privacy list and then I removed it and waited for it to finish indexing, but each time I unplug it and then plug again it starts again the indexing.
Any solution?
Thanks.

If you are not changing the volume name, you might also add a command in Terminal, after placing it in the Privacy section.
Code:
sudo mdutil -i off /Volumes/VolumeName

I'm not changing the name. I want the HDD indexed but i don't want that spotlight indexing the HDD like a new HDD every time I plug in it in the MacBook.
I don't want disable spotlight with external HDD, only want that spotlight save and keep the indexing and not do it again and again.
