Every time I look at my watch it says "Turn Digital Crown to Unlock"

I think ever since the latest iOS update my watch constantly needs me to "Turn Digital Crown to Unlock." It also always has the "Bed" icon floating on top and my phone and watch have the following modes turned off Do Not Disturb mode, Personal mode, Work mode, etc.

Why am I constantly getting this "Turn Digital Crown to Unlock" and bed icon on my watch?
