Every time I restart my iPhone I have to restore it

Hi there,

I have a problem, every time I shut down my iPhone it won’t restart. It stucks to the Apple logo and doesn’t move from there. I tried a hard reset and nothing. I had restored for 3 times yet.

It’s an iPhone 7 Plus. Any ideas? Thank you everyone.

I would remove the beta profile and go back to iOS 10.
