Everytime I try to re-arrange folders in my bookmarks, they get moved back...

to where I moved them from. WTF is going on here, why won't it let me arrange my bookmarks how I want.

I'm using Safari 7.0.1
OS X 10.9.1
 
THANK YOU! I'd love an answer to this one as well. Sure it's probably a minor gripe for most, but it bugs the heck out of me when it happens.
