Evidence of working iPhone 4?

Has anyone been able to prove for sure that they have a 100% working iPhone that doesn't suffer from the reception problem? By this I mean having two phones at one location, one drops reception/calls and the other doesn't. There seem to be a lot of people who don't understand that location plays a huge part in this problem and "think" that they have perfect phones. Is anyone aware of any video evidence to back this up? And I don't mean one phone, in one location because that proves NOTHING.
