So I jailbreaked my phone last November or so; it was a couple weeks before 2.1 was released. Shortly after 2.1 I restored, upgraded, and decided not to jb again. Wasn't worth the lag, battery drain, etc. (the only thing I miss is the 5 icon dock and the mega bright flashlight)

After doing this I noticed that both my contacts and my itunes app were missing (I belive I noticed another 3rd party app at one point, but I don't remember which). I'm pretty sure I had these apps turned off while jb because I never use them. It didn't really bother me much, because again, I never used them.

A couple weeks ago I did a full restore to try to fix a seperate issue. I was also hoping that it would pop my apps back in there, just because I like the assurance of having a clean apple product. Well the itunes app reappeared but not the contacts app

Basically I wanna know why this is, and if you think another restore might bring it back. I don't really care much, but I've been thinking about taking my iphone in to the apple store to see about getting a replacement because I have some cracks in it. But clearly there is something fishy in my iphone and I'm afraid that if they run a scan they might be able to tell I did some sort of hacking, since the contacts app is missing... Do you think they will be able to see that?
