Exact procedure for using a 4890 injector method on Snow Leopard?

I am looking to try using the injector method with an XFX 4890. can someone detail the exact steps and files for doing this on snow Leopard?

I see the full 4890 thread but do not see it tailored to SL... It seems all over the place now... Much thanks in advance..
