exactly which iPhone 4 basebands can be unlocked?

I'm currently an Android user and am looking to get an iPhone 4 to unlock and use on T-Mobile(unlimited data & messaging ftw).. Problem is, I can't find a list of basebands that can be unlocked 100%. I know 02.10.04 and possibly 3.10 are still waiting on the unlocks, but there have got to be other unlockable basebands for the iPhone 4, no? Factory unlocked is unfortunately out of the question due to budgetary restraints. Am I doomed to a 3gs? Or is there hope for the iPhone 4?

*Sorry if this has already been asked & resolved. I'm new to the site and didn't find any info with a quick search.. If the answer is to be found elsewhere, please direct me to it and I'll happily do what I can to delete this thread.

1.59 and lower. However, to get that bb, you'll have to buy used, because the updated basebands are all that's available at the apple store.
IIRC, there's an iphone jb/unlocking matrix, but I don't remember the URL right now.
