iOS EXC_BAD_ACCESS when using navigationController popViewControllerAnimated

I seem to be getting this exception randonmly when testing my app on my iPhone. However it doesnt seem to occur when I test on the simulator.

Does anyone know of any issues with Navigation Controller on the iPhone itself or could anyone give me some pointers as to what I should be looking at to try and solve this. Its as if the app is losing reference to the Navigation Controller or one of the views but I dont know how that would be happening. Again it is seemingly random aswell, it doesnt happen every time I test
