Excel 11 colour cells data from

I'm using excel 2011 and I have a value in say D147:

which is the value of (D140 + (C50-C49)

How do I get the cells that have been subtracted a certain colour (say orange). If possible as well; to get D140 green. Obviously I am using many cells and this is a simplified version.

Any help greatly appreciated.
