Excel 2008 send to grayed out

Hi new to this site so hope I am posting this in the right area!

I am having a problem setting up the Excel send to option the item is greyed out my default mail app is First Class (client version 9.124) and this is working with Safari (4.03) the Mac OS I am running is 10.5.8 and the excel version is 12.2.0 (090605)

I have looked through all the areas i can think of but can not find where to set this
