Excel 2008 vs Excel 2007 Please Help.

I really need to use Excel 2008, but I can't stand the fact that it shows everything as if it was going to be printed on paper. I need to make a database of all my customers for my business that I will only have on the computer. How can I change the layout of Excel 2008 to make it look like Excel 2007 on windows. All I want is a giant grid. I don't want any pages or columns being separated.

Looking at it now, I found normal view. But now, how do I get rid of the dashed lines?

Excel -> Preferences -> Authoring -> View -> Window options -> Show page breaks
