Hello fellow MacRumorians!
I am frequently using Office for Mac, especially Excel. Today I was working in Excel when i encountered a certain weird behavior:
Whenever I try to put a border on several cells using the bordersettings-menu (not the button in the menu bar, since i need a specific border thickness), for example a border line to separate summands form a sum of a simple calculation, and the cells that would get formatted with that border have different font sizes, then after selecting the border line type when clicking 'ok' the following message pops up: "font size must be between 1 and 409".
However, this problem does not appear if all the cells have the same font size.
Why does it matter what size the cells contents have when adding a border? Can this problem be fixed in any way?
I did search the internet, but only came across unanswered questions, or such that were compared to similar problems with solutions that did not work.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
