Excel Toolbar Button Size

How do I increase the size of my excel toolbar buttons?

I'm pretty sure you can't do that by simply changing a setting. I'll try to look in my "Missing Manual" later and see what I can find. In the meantime, search in the Excel Help file on the computer.

I couldn't find anything on it in the book or the Help file.
