I ran across the new MS360 web applications earlier today, and was able to log in to Excel on the web on the iPad 1. It appears to work for all intents and purposes on the iPad with the exception of getting the virtual keyboard to pop up to enter anything in the spreadsheet. Has anyone tried this and found a way to get the keyboard to be visible?

I assume this would work with an external wireless keyboard with the iPad, but ideally, it would be great to edit basic sheets while on the go without having to lug around a separate keyboard.

Update:

Figured out how to invoke the keyboard, but it's not real responsive. By clicking "Insert" (tab at top), the keyboard pops up... Again, not real responsive.

(actually, it's windows live , not MS360 web apps)
