Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

Ok so whenever i try to open any java applications or install this one application it gives me a error that says Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
I can't find a way to get around it and its making me mad.
Can anyone help me over team viewer or something?
Here are some errors from when i try to run RsBot-220.jar
