Quick question guys. In the new (stupid if you ask me) Health App, ican't edit my training. I did a quick walk (30 mins or so) and forgot to end the workout. It run for 2hrs., i deleted the whole workout, the calories are gone (which is good) but the excersise ring still shows 130mins. Is there a way to reset the "green ring"? TIA

If you had an elevated heart rate associated with movement for 130mins then it should legitimately record the exercise, workout or not, which it does.

In other words you can fill that exercise ring with 0 workouts as long as you are fairly active.

Or did you pick some workout that doesn't check heart rate?

My HR after the 30mins. workout was at 60-70 BPM's max. No way in hell it should award me with 130 excersise minutes. Besides, i deleted the workout. Calories are gone but not the excersise mins.

I deleted a test workout yesterday and with me too it did not delete the exercise portion of the activity. It got rid of The move calories but that was it, and the workout itself of course.

It's really dumb how they've buried all the info and now it's hard to change things. Try this:

Health App-->Browse-->Activity-->Scroll down to Past 7 Days-->Exercise Minutes-->Scroll down to Show All Data. Then go to the appropriate day and click on it and it will give you every minute line by line. You can then delete out individual minutes by swiping right.

Thanks. You’re right, ridiculous how they hide it. Also ridiculous that when you delete the individual work out it doesn’t delete the exercise minutes likes it says it should. I’ve gone and done what you said and removed the individual minutes but it hasn’t made any difference to my exercise counter. Unless of course it’s delayed…

I would wait a bit. I think it will catch up.

Thanks, it worked. "Only" 120+ swipes to get it right, ridiculous... another great Apple feature
P.S. I'll have to bookmark this thread. No way in hell i will find it in the health app on my own again (if i'll ever need it).
