Exchange 13 RMBP for 15 RMBP

I recently bought the 13 and I am looking into exchanging it for the 15 but was worried about the fan issues. Now that is resolved (hopefully) if I get a scan disk compared to a samsung will it make a difference ? Other than that is there any other issues I should be aware of ?
