Exchange 2007 Public folder sync issue

Hi,

We have 3 people using Outlook 2011 for Mac on MacBook Air's.

They have an Exchange mailbox setup connecting to the Exchange 2007 server on the in house SBS 2008 server. When they make changes to the company Public Folders in Outlook 2011 for Mac, these often go missing or are not sync'd at the company end.

Would you be able to offer any pointers? Mail flows fine and they can see the Public folders fine.
