So here's the deal;
I got a 32GB iPod touch from the back to school program offered by Apple. However, I just recieved my iPod today. It is still in the box and I haven't opened it yet. Is there anyway I could exchange it for a new 4th generation? Remember, this iPod is only a few days old, and is still in the box. For those wondering how I got a 32GB we simply got the $200 rebate for the iPod and only paid $100.

Thanks in advance,
Robby C

doesn't back to school promotion is like you buy it for regular price then get rebate?

so as long as you don't file rebate, get 4th gen.

just so you know you don't get $200 rebate

Thank you for the quick response! This is what I thought and just wanted to clarify!
Thanks again!
