iPod touch exchange account(mail2web) stopped syncing

i set up a mail2web account on my ipod touch. today, i stopped receiving new emails (push, fetch, even manual). i re-setup my account multiple times, but still no luck. is there anything i could do? the web-mail access works perfectly . is it just a server issue on their side?

EDIT: just a server issue, sorry for the post
