Exchange account not syncing on mail on 10.12.1

Hi all,

I thought the issue of non-syncing exchange mail accounts was supposed to be fixed with 10.12.1, but mine is still having trouble. Shows as downloading new messages and can take several hours to do so. I have tried removing the account and re-adding but makes no difference.

Is anyone else still experiencing this and found a fix for it?
