Exchange account - outgoing email display name change

I've setup my exchange email account in my iPhone and everything works fine except I'd like to change the outgoing email's display name from the default one from the exchange server.
We share the same account in the family
But I want to our my name on the outgoing emails on my iPhone similar to the imap accounts.
Can this be done?
