Anyone activated an Apple Watch LTE, then exchange for another one, and successfully activate that one?

That is my current situation, but I am worried about them suddenly thinking I have 2 Apple Watches on my T-Mobile plan. How is the deactivation/reactivation work?

You contact your carrier, disable/remove LTE and then factory reset the Apple Watch to new.
