I set up a profile using the iPhone Configuration Utility for my Exchange e-mail and certificates. I e-mailed the config file to my iPhone and installed it but when i try to activate the Exchange e-mail on the iPhone it gives the following error....

An error occured while contacting server
Error Domain=DAErrorDomain Code=0 "Operation could not be completed. (DAErrorDomain error 0.)"

Anyone have any ideas what would cause this? I'm assuming i don't have my exchange server setup correctly. I just don't know what would cause this error. Thanks for your help!

Resolution

I had the same issue. I'm not using the front end/back end ISA configuration that microsoft and apple assume everyone uses and this causes problems, especially if you're using SSL. Take a look at the following page for the solution that worked for me:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817379/EN-US/

Good Luck
