This implies to me that Exchange ActiveSync (and other "Enterprise" features) may be disabled on the iPhone if you're not paying for an Enterprise rate plan.
I use my Outlook calendar for all my calendaring (business and personal) because my work responsibilities constantly overflow outside of regular business hours. So I currently sync my personal iPhone to my Outlook calendar because that's where my personal calendar is.
I'm starting to wonder if that's no longer going to be an option without spending an additional $15 per month on an Enterprise account.
