I have to exchange my iphone 11 pro max because I am switching carriers. I ordered an ATT phone (which has been unlocked), but Verizon is saying that the phone is incompatible with system.

With inventory so low in the stores, how does one exchange phones during the first two weeks if you are on AUP? The two week return/exchange window is unfeasible if stores dont have the stock.

Any ideas?

The phone is unlocked so should be no issue using it on Verizon, I would try a different Verizon rep. And you can't really exchange, you will have to return, and rebuy. If you have to do that, try an apple store, they seem to have plenty of all models.

The phone is unlocked and according to both apple and ATT, the phone imei should work on Verizon, but for some reason, Verizon hasnt added the non apple unlocked phones into their system and it might take months to do so.

There are no stores in LA that have a silver unlocked max 256gb
