Exchange Apple Watch for Different One

Hey Gang,

I bought the 42mm Space Gray Aluminum Case with Black Sport Band on Saturday(9/14) at my local Apple Store. I like my watch a lot but I realized that not many of the metal or leather bands go with this model.

Can I exchange my current watch for the 42mm Stainless Steel Case with (PRODUCT)RED Sport Band? Has anyone tried this?

Can anyone share photos of their sport watch with metal or leather bands to maybe change my mind?

you have 14 days to return your watch even if it has been used.

you can get stuck in a 'returns loop' where your replacement watch is not quite as good as the one you took back ie heart rate monitor not as accurate.

of course you can keep on taking items back until you are happy, its just a pain.

it does look really nice.

I wish I'd got applecare+ n.b. there is a 60 day time limit to purchase the cover & it seems easier to buy when in-store.

Within the return period yes, doing a warranty replacement generally no, but I think if you have a sympathetic genius its possible.

I think the OP ment the Saturday the 12th, so well within the 14 day return period.
