Exchange Calendar - no invite capability?

I'm setting up a meeting on my exchange calendar, but I can't seem to be able to invite collegues. Is that right, or am I missing something?

As far as I can see, there is no ability to invite colleagues from the iPhone Calendar, which is (to put it mildly) very annoying and a strange omission for a phone that's aiming for the Enterprise. Forget the lack of MMS, the lack of calendar invites is really huge...
