Exchange Calendar on macOS Ventura is a mess

I am attaching screenshots from the same exchange calendar from Monterey and Ventura. In Ventura, my inbox events just have one button - OK. Instead of Decline, Maybe, Accept.

How can this even pass QA? I am reverting to Monterey.

One more thing... on Ventura, I get notification for incoming events, and the notifications have Accept, Decline, and Maybe actions. I repeatedly click on Accept, but nothing happens. I get the same notification over and over again.

It is beyond me how this is possible. Exchange protocols are well established and working well in Monterey. What the *ell did they do in Ventura that breaks it so badly? It is a disgrace, and one more reason to not release macOS every year.
