I am asking this here as I cannot ask our exchange admin - iphones are officially not allowed in our company. :p

Basically I started receiving calendar sync failure notifications a few days ago. I will add an apointment in my Outlook calendar and within an hour I will receive this kind of message from Exchange:

Synchronization with your iPhone failed for 1 items.

Synchronization with your iPhone failed for 1 items.
Microsoft Exchange was unable to send the following items to your mobile device. These items have not been deleted. You should be able to access them using either Outlook or Outlook Web Access.

Item Folder: Calendar
Item Type: IPM.Appointment
Item Created: 23/08/2010 09:17:34
Item Subject: ***********

Funny thing is the appointment will then appear in my iPhone calendar anyway. This happens for all items that I have linked to Microsoft CRM in the Outlook Calendar, not for others it seems. I have tried to delete the device from Outlook Webmail options and resync, tried to delete the iphone email account and re-create it, to no avail.

Anyone else experience this? Thanks!
