I have an Exchange work email I use on Mail.app along with a few personal email accounts. I use iCloud to sync my Calendar and Contacts cross computers and cross-device.

When I get an exchange calendar invite in Mail.app, it shows with an accept/decline option but when I press that the email disappears and the event is not added to my iCloud calendar via iCal. BUT it is updated on the Exchange calendar (Which I view via the web). I DO NOT have calendar enabled in OS X for the exchange account.

My question is: Is it possible to get Mail.app to "accept" the calendar invite and add it to my iCloud calendar, as I don't use my exchange calendar and don't care if it updates their or not?

I don't know if it'll work, but you could try forwarding the email to your iCloud email account (which would have to be active). It it works, you could set up a redirect for future invites.
